The Perennial Chef Gets Ready for their Main Street Debut

Perennial-Chef-100xFoodies and Locavores, beware, the following information make cause extreme excitement and even heart palpitations.

The Perennial Chef, will soon be making their Main Street debut,  fresh from Bedford Hills, NY where they made their debut in 2007 and won “Best Prepared Food in Westchester” in 2008.   The brainchild of three friends, Leslie Williams  and her “chef extravagant” brother, Michael (graduate of the French Culinary Institute of NY), and Francoise Jarry, this gourmet food haven prepares their food using only the finest in meats (no antibiotics/all natural) and produce (locally grown) and describe the fanciful preparations as “French Californian”.   Pastries are prepared from “scratch” (no pre-made dough or creams) and one of their “signature” desserts include Parisian Macaroons.

Talk of Our Town is proud to call them a sponsor.  Construction is well underway on their new home which was once home to The Cortina Shop.  Sometime in January, expect the doors of this wonderful food emporium to open!
