Would You Like to Donate Items for the 104th Nutmeg Festival?

St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church is getting ready for its 104th Nutmeg Festival, which takes place Saturday, Aug. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the church’s campus at 351 Main St. In addition to food, entertainment, activities for children, a raffle and silent auction, this old-fashioned church fair will sell new, barely used and used books, toys, artwork, kitchenware, furniture, jewelry and other treasures – all donated by parishioners and people in the community.

Anyone wishing to make a tax-deductible donation of items can drop them off on July 24 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. [Please, no large items of furniture, humidifiers, air conditioners, computer monitors, health equipment, encyclopedias, textbooks, dictionaries or stuffed animals.] For more information, contact the church office at 203-438-3789.
